JAMaROO Kids' Music and Movement class is a dynamic fusion of music and creative movement designed to engage children through song, dance, and interactive play. In this exciting class, children will sing traditional and new songs, explore a variety of instruments like tambourines, maracas, cymbals, and drums, and interact with puppets, rhythm sticks, bean bags, and streamers.
Each activity is designed to promote cognitive development through the use of numbers, colors, shapes, and letters, while helping children develop fine and gross motor skills. As they move, children will enhance their coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, and spatial awareness, all while having fun and building confidence in their bodies and voices.
This class fosters a love for music and movement, exposing children to different musical styles and dance forms from around the world. Classes are tailored to be developmentally appropriate, varying by age and group size to ensure each child’s needs are met. Whether it’s singing, dancing, or playing instruments, the goal is for every child to experience the joy and benefits of music and movement in a supportive, creative environment.
