101 Second St

101 Second Street is an indoor greenhouse with an upper mezzanine. The POPOS is on the busy and highly visible corner of Second Street and Mission Street. There is a striking art piece by Charles Arnoldi and sculpture by Larry Bell. All ground floor fenestration is operable and opens to the street allowing the public to gather inside. People here are typically in groups of two eating lunch or on their computer.
