303 Second Street is a large parklike space stretching nearly an entire block from Folsom up to Harrison. The site is a central space tying together two mid- rise office towers. This space becomes extremely busy during lunch hours with a large variety of food options and retail. It has an array of seating options helping to accommodate this daily influx of visitors. “The Kilroy Three” sculpture by Jon Krawcyzk and meandering water feature give the site visual interest and playfulness.
