Ecker Square

25 Jessie, also known as Ecker Square, is located beneath the FDIC Building. The site is situated on the corner of Ecker Street and Jessie Street. In the
near future, the site will be adjacent to the new Oceanwide Center at 50 First. The plaza has an intimate open space accessible from Jessie Street. The space features lush greenery and a terraced water fountain. This open space could benefit the public by adding seating allowing visitors to stay.
