400 Howard Street is a POPOS located along Howard Street as part of Foundry Square. A unique element at this site is Richard Deutsch’s large ”Time Signature” sculpture, inspired by music. This space also features ample seating, shady trees, and an adjacent Chipotle. There is typically a food truck parked adjacent to this space around lunchtime.
