The East Cut CBD is pleased to present our Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Annual Report. This document chronicles our accomplishments in the second full year of CBD operations, from keeping the neighborhood clean and safe to programming a series of pop-up events to activate vacant retail storefronts and support local causes.
